Terms — SF Platform

This page supplements the Solving Forces Algemene Voorwaarden (Terms & Conditions), which govern any commercial engagement with Solving Forces. The terms here cover platform-specific use; for liability, payment, IP, governing law and other contractual matters, the main document applies.

Acceptable use

Use the platform for its intended purpose — facilitated learning and problem-solving sessions. Do not attempt to disrupt sessions, impersonate other participants or leaders, or submit harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

Content ownership

Leaders retain rights to the exercises, journeys, sessions and challenges they create on the platform. Participants retain rights to the responses they submit. Solving Forces does not claim ownership of user-created content. The platform itself, including its software and design, is owned by Solving Forces (see main Terms, article 5).

Availability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The liability limitations in the main Terms (article 6) apply to platform use.

Changes

We may update these platform terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. The version of these terms in effect at the time of your use applies.
